Kappa dont have a copyright on colours and their arrangement so the only thing missing would be the two people sat back to back (ie the kappa logo). That said whilst I have fond memories of the day, that kit for me was pretty awful, than marginally better than that silver thing with the blue and lime green stripe down the middle

Why do they need to ask Kappa? Just use the design and colour.
