Man Citys Season 2011/12 Kits be like

I want a red and black away kit, but they need to get it right this time. the last one was horrible, with the yellow le coq logo and jizz stain effect on the red stripes. keep it simple like last seasons home and we will have a winner.

Home - Apparently, this is the same shade of blue with a V neck collar. Across the stomach is the sound wave of the song 'City till i die' in a slight darker shade of blue (my first thoughts were that this could be horrible)

Away - Red and black stripes, supposed to be seemless so when you lift your arms in the air, the strips continue to run through straight, and not new stripes for the arms.

Agreed. The 'city till I die' thing is very 90s when they tried to make kits as complicated as possible, and I like the idea of stripes down the arms and even more so in the way described.

Agree completely, the home one sounds aweful. Apparently it has the words, city till i die on the inside of the collar too.
He was excited about it, he reckons it looks awesome, told him i'll need some convincing. They didnt want to do plain blue again after this years was too similar to last years.

Agree on the away one, if its how he describes it, it will look awesome

I've heard from my mate who's Citys 'Next Season Shirt Co-ordinator Executive Administrators Assistant' - so it must be true as he's a City fan and has no reason to make this up - that LeShark are making our kits next year.
