Foden by a country mile, I thought all the kids did well except Bernabe who looked nervous or maybe he was injured early on. I have watched him before and know he is a very good player, so hopefully he will get over it.

Of course Foden. The amount of chances he put on a plate was ridiculous. If only Goater was playing.

I think Delap was fantastic for a 17year old. Going to be a fantastic player.

Bernabe is a good player but he's unlucky in that his best position is where we are most stacked with better players. Playing him at LB or LWB or whatever the hell we call that position that only exists at City did him no favours. Not one single complaint about whoever was on the pitch last night. All players contributed and gave their best, given the circumstances and the status of the squad currently. The effort was extraordinary...

Wanted to vote for Doyle or Delap; thought they both were terrific. In the end, I had to go with Phil who was phabulous and the best on the pitch by a wide margin. I expect Doyle and Delap will have some MotM days coming their way!
