You need to watch that goal again, carefully.

Walker is completely caught out to start with, then when the ball is passed (pretty much nowhere - ie hopefully) by hazard, Sane just didn't react to Kante's run when he was stood with him.

How any blame can be attached to Fernandhino I've no idea.
