Otamendi for me but very hard to split him and Walker today. How they only got 8’s off Brennan I will never know, although Brennan has been consistently on Otamendi’s case from day 1

I thought all the back 4, keeper, and Fernandhino played well. I'm surprised there are so few votes for Fernandhino as he was excellent all across the pitch, but can see why Walker and Otamendi are getting the bulk of the praise, though Danilo and Mangala were decent too. They actually created next to nothing when you see the stats from the game, testament to the defensive side of this team, again.

Their most creative player was John Moss.
