Thought Jesus’ work rate was extraordinary, Zinchenko was superb, Laporte brought the ball miles upfield again and again, Fernandinho’s nouse and determination to drive forward was incredible for a near 36 year old, but ultimately I went for Foden. He’s on another level. A constant threat

Fern was magnificent. Shows how age is no barrier when you can read a game with a football brain. Having put that I'm going for Laporte. Had a great all round game and was instrumental in the important first goal

Fernandinho by far. Zinchenko on any other day gets it, gundo and foden very good, laporte second half was great too, made the extra man going forward numerous times and lead to the crucial opener.
