I am amazed that John Stones isn't winning this by a country mile. Outstanding and 2 goals to boot could have had a hat trick what more can the lad do to be MOM?

Went for Stones. Clean sheet, commanding performance, great on the ball and 2 goals. For a defender, that's about as 10/10 performance as you can get. If he isn't getting MOM for that, he never is.

Oh, and Spanish Dave, Kun and Jesus weren't too shit.

Stones was excellent all round last night. Should be a great confidence bost for the lad.

KDB, despite the goals, Stones didn't have much to do, what he did he did very well though. Actually thought he was more deserving of the MOTM award against Liverpool. Looks very very assured and safe at the minute, particularly in the centre of a 3. Lets hope this spell is the making of him, he's our next captain.
