I thought that Eddie had fastened himself into a position where Albert was never gonna score but score he did so tough shit Eddie! I cannot get past the contribution and performance of Kevin. What an absolute monster of a midfielder. Honourable mentions re Bernardo who had a very good game, Bendy Mendy defensively and offensively, Raheem was always inventive and a bloody handful, and had Riyad not appeared so bloody desperate for a hat trick he might have got the vote, but a good performance anyway. It was a good team performance, one of the better one this season - all down I think to upping the pace of our play.

This was one of the occasions that we needed individual performers (Pep trusted Mahrez by starting him) as well as team ethic and he stepped up with the equalizer and caused Chillwell major problems.

As I said. He played well.

If we do manage to get anywhere near closing the gap on Liverpool, most of it will have been down to KDB's sheer drive and determination to drag us there and never give in. Unbelievable player.

i said this the other week its all about combinations that work again Kev/Mahrez/Walker on he right Stirling/Beranrdo/Mendy on left were great, hard to pick a MOM but Kev was superb just ahead of many others, joy to watch again.
