The love in for Cancelo is surprising

Cancelo shocked the hell out of me today. He pocketed salah pretty much the whole match. In that starting 11 I had him down as the weak link. I thought salah would cause endless problems. Well played!!!!

He’s not yer conventional defensive full back and will always have his critics. However, Cancelo is showing more flair than just about anyone this season - just when others are struggling to find any.

Cancelo by a mile (his tackle on Salah worldclass and he offered Jesus the 2-1 but his header went wide), Dias also very good. Surprising two votes for Rodri , for one won tackle and one header won in a whole game, this is the most overhyped player we have in our team.

Cancelo for me. Yes that was a world class tackle on Salah...KDB had a stinker.
Why do our penalty taking capabilities continue to be a problem? That was another massive opportunity wasted... it’s early days but this adds up over a season..
