Absolute dog shit from all concerned, including Pep. Who’d have thought that Otamendi, Zinchenko, Gundogan and Rodri as a quartet would be slow and shite? The 3 subs, Mendy, Mahrez and Jesus gave us a semblance of an edge, and I voted for Mendy on that basis, but the rest were a total embarrassment. Not just based on today’s gaffes, but take away the (normally) incredible distribution and Ederson is a bang average keeper, and I’ve no words left for just how far Raheem Sterling has gone backwards this season. Otamendi was the worst though. I can’t think of any centre half in the league more utterly incompetent at dealing with one on ones. Comically inept.

Cancelo, only player you can say didn’t have a bad game, did well enough defensively made some decent passes going forward. A 6/10 performance that ordinarily wouldn’t get much of a mention but elevated to best on the pitch when everyone else does that.

Should probably remove the Mike Dean option, looks small time as fuck and the ref didn’t cost us that game
