It could be either of Stones, Dias or Gundogan but I went with Fernandinho. He just makes things happen with his quick and precise passing. He always seems to look for a pass forward, not a safe one sideways. Plus an extraordinary goal. We will miss him badly, we already do.

Dias was immense but I thought that was the best Ferny has played in a long time. That crossfield diagonal ball roght into space and onto De Bruyne's run was sensational. And giving Bruno the horse a good kick was a lovely moment.

KDB - he was everywhere last night and controlled the tempo. Stones and Dias were epic as well.

Difficult to choose just one MoTM. If pushed, I would go for Gundogan. He was great yet again last night. Obviously Dias & Stones are getting better. Eric must be worried for his place, I would put him in at LB.
That young lad Fernandinho wasn’t too bad either.

It’s might be easier to choose the worst 3.

I've gone Dias but could have easily been Fernandinho or John Stones. Big shout out for Steffen who I thought was quietly impressive last night, one world class save, composed with the ball at his feet and more than acceptable distribution. No worries with him if ever he's called on for a long term run of games.
