Anyone who votes for Silva, Fern or Ota I can understand as well they were all excellent.

I have to go for David Silva. I know most appreciate what he brings but I think that his level of performance is consistently phenomenal. Yesterday the skill, technique and guile was matched by a steely determination and commitment too. At one point he just smiled when he had his ankles chopped from under him.
The good thing is that there is a core of players who are just starting g to reach similar levels consistently. This is gong to be a hell of a ride this season.
