Tevez and De Jong were way ahead of anyone else tonight. De Jong just seems to have a speed of thought I have never seen in any player. He reads the game so well and just always seems to make the right lay off or pass. Tevez however has to shade it with a hat trick and such brilliant close control of the ball.

MOM has to be Tevez in my book but Vincent was great tonight - shay should have wellied it out bollox to that chip passing crap even if it was VK's only poor touch all night.
Although I like De Jongs bite he was lucky not to be carded a couple of times tonight and looks like he could get a red every game - just needs to pick his tackles a bit better but i'll forgive him that if he makes Carrick and Fletcher feel the heat in the Semis!

Tevez, even if he wouldn't of scored a hat-trick he still would of got it for me, was absolutely world class from the first second of the game to the last.
he should of scored the header though for the 3rd,
sell him i say.

I think we become a top 4 side for years to come something we will point to is the signing of Tevez, I hope he is around for as long as he wants to be in England. His signing was worth every penny. (sorry americaniism)
