Reminds me of a true story I read about several years ago.
A dog walker, somewhere in America, came across a man's body lying in a field. He called 911 and asked for the police to report the incident. After taking the details, the police officer asked if the caller had also asked for an ambulance. The guy replied that he had not. The officer thanked the man for calling in but then chided him for not first asking for a doctor.
The guy said he didn't think there was any point as the man in the field was dead.
The officer asked if the man was a doctor? "No". A medic? "No", do you have any medical qualification? "No".
"With out medical knowledge, you can't be certain the man is or was dead, can you".
The man replied "My dog is playing football with head".
True story.

Just the sort of thing you can imagine Delany, Early and one or two others do in their lives of peddling lies for financial gain.
