We've always worn blue shirts at the Swamp in my 40-odd years watching City, league or cup, sometimes we've worn black or blue shorts as an alternative to white.

Not sure if we've ever changed shirt but the shorts thing was to improve viewing when watching highlights on black and white tele. For the younger reader this was the same as the old big box tele but with no colours, late sixties early seventies; we even won a few things then. We also played shit on a few occassions.
