Manchester City are Champions of England for the 7th time!

I was 18 when I saw us win the league at St James’s Park then had to wait till I was till I was 62 to see the next one. It was worth the wait.
I was 22 a brilliant day, Blues all over the stadium and Toon fans rooting for us, though their players didn’t get the message. Cruising along to a 4-2 win when they scored a third and the last few minutes seemed like an eternity. Coach driver drove back to a pub he knew in Manchester and the whole coach piled in and had a fantastic time.

Worth a watch, fair f**ks to Coady....

"It's so, so, so tough"......... I think he's saying we're so, so tough. I was going to count how many times he said it was so tough or so, so tough and then the interviewer said it and I lost count!! :-)
Brilliant definitely fair play to Coady.

Amazing what a huge blue he is when he only played 30 odd games i think

We must have had an impact on him
I love the fact that so many of the players from that yo-yo era - Andy, Kevin H, Dicky, The Goat and others - have all become huge Blues, when none of them had any previous affiliation with the club.

I went in the Magpie pub just by the ground. Brilliant atmosphere City and Geordie fans celebrating together. Got back just in time to see MoTD.
Great days and now they're here again to stay.

As many alluded to, if we'd settled the league on Saturday, the Chelsea post match thread would have been considerably less. As it stands, this one is at 130 & climbing.

Now we need to focus our attention on the Champions League Final, & cease & desist from counting post pages... :-)
I'm just so, so happy the way things have turned out.
Pep played our second team last Saturday which gave our first team players a chance to rest up after a couple of tough CL matches and at the same time we didn't give Chelsea a practice match against us for the CL, we gave the scum the false hope that they were still in a title race and then watched their bubble pop, we won it anyway as we were always going to do, while giving them the agony of having to hand it over to us on a silver platter.
It's been a great few days, Pep has been vindicated, and I'm glad everyone who is a blue is now happy.
