Manchester City Football Club aren’t optimistic over their chances of signing Edin Dzeko.
The Blues are set to enter the transfer market once more in the winter, when Roberto Mancini hopes to add a world-class striker to his ranks.
Wolfsburg ace Dzeko is said to be one of the Italian coach’s main wants, but Eastlands coach Attilio Lombardo believes the Bosnian will take up the interest from Juventus.
"We wanted Edin Dzeko, but we have already given up because it looks like he will end up in the black and white," said the former Bianconeri winger, a UEFA Champions League winner in 1996.
