Manchester City have been LUCKY and it cannot last says Arse

Pmsl at Geoff Thompson on soccer Saturday, being sarcastic about Jose saying City being lucky, yeah city are very lucky, they win 4-0 4-0 5-0 5-0 6-0 5-0 4-0, they're very lucky *rolls his eyes*

No Mourinho and Wenger we are unlucky to be only top by 1 point, not lucky.

There is no manager I despise more than Mou, its never his fault, the opponent is never good, the referees are always wrong. He isn't healthy competition.

We were not lucky against Spurs, you could write a book on it.
We did get the benefit of two decisions against Liverpool and Newcastle( Sterling and Cisse "goals"), but these two bits of luck are offset by Villa's first offside goal and Larson's tackle on Garcia, no points there , could have easily been 4or 6 if the right decisions had been made.
Selective in his argument is Wenger methinks.
As for Chelsea - Villa at home some diabolical decisions in their favour, non penalty against W Brom, foul on Suarez in the area even had Neville saying stonewall pen and didn't they get a dodgy goal against Hull. Nuff said.
You're forgetting Milner being trampled all over for Sunderlands goal as well, Wenger the whiner would still be going on about that.
I think that's the tackle he's claiming was on Garcia. From what I remember, it was Milner.

yes it was Milner, but I think he was referring to Larson's 2 footed lunge that he didn't get sent off for?

Sorry I think my rant belongs in this thread:

Yeah they seem to be losing their humility.

I saw the rubbish they were chatting on Bluemoon, the way they talk it's as if they've been among the best for tens of years :face_palm: . Well done for putting up with it Castiel, I couldn't. Hope we bring them down a peg.

Wow.. just been on their forum and seriously wow...

Take off the blue tinted glasses... statistically we have been beaten Chelski at home since 2009 onward... they can't get shit ... yes, not even a point for the past 5 years at the Etihad...

We are playing, proven around 115 times this season, that we are playing the best football of our history at the moment... great team chemistry, fluid attacking and controlling football and bar the few injuries we have great quad depth... We are not even worrying too badly with the likes of Aguero and Nasri out!

Despite looking at this historically, factually and identifying the trends Chelski fans still have a problem with us... Attacking us fans and the fact that "Barca MAY bring us down to earth" shows their real insecurities...

We are enjoying our moment and out football whilst fighting on 4 fronts which is unspoken of in world football even for the likes of Real, Barca and Bayern...

That is all we are doing and Chelski fans are simply envious ... we are not big headed and not unrealistic ... we are averaging 4 goals per game at home and around 3-4 away...

Despite this some Chelski fans are saying this

If city park the bus 1-0 chelsea, if not I'm thinking 3-0 chelsea.

To be fair, some Chelski fans are alright but most are a reflection of Maureen... bitching, whining, insulting and hoping to play their football off the pitch...

In advance, Mods I apologise for my bad language however please leave this statement on as a statement on behalf of all Blues ... Shut the fuck up you whiney, moaning, cheating cockney twats... see you on Monday night and we'll talk after the result...

Kind Regards,

Manchester City fans... (SuperSilva especially)

Fair point. I was only thinking about the goal.

We're lucky that the whistling wankers called correct decisions when they did. Compare that to the shite we've had in the past! That's the only lucky aspect of the season. The rest has been a mix of hard work and expertise!

Who was it who said "The harder I work, the luckier I get!"?

Mourinho always lashes out at opponents when he's afraid. He will use every trick to try and get a result. Fine by me and even hypocritical behaviour is not forbidden. Pellegrini responds in the right way. He's not reacting at all. He just stays quiet and is focussing on the teams performance. He needs to make sure the players won't want to overreact to what Mourinho is throwing at them because than we will not be playing like we can do. Exactly what Mourinho wants.

As for Wenger, well ... I've heared it for as long as Arsenal have not won silverware. Nearly half the time he has been at the club.

Sorry I haven't read the whole thread but were we not unlucky in the last game.

Should have had a penalty to us for blatant handball.
Shouldn't have even been a free kick in the first place for spurs offside goal, it was also offside.
It was a penalty to us, no discussion anymore rose clearly took Dzeko's leg before the ball. therefore the sending off was also right as it was a goal scoring opportunity.
demichelis booked for a legit tackle.

Sure things went our way but the refereeing decisions that were wrong were against us not them.
