Our grandson was with us in CBL3 on 13/5/12. He was 2 1/2 at the time, so doesn’t remember any of it, but he’s extremely proud of the fact that he was there.

Naturally, he’s not old enough to remember that lot winning the title the following season, so the rags finishing above City is only something he’s read and heard about.

Hopefully it will stay a minor entry in the league history books, to be looked on fondly by an ever dwindling number of nostalgic United supporters yearning for the glory days!

Been at a meal and found out during desert. Buzzing what an achievement. We had the most players away at the word cup but we look the fittest team in the league. You have to admire Pep’s management of the squad from playing time to man management. The man is a genius. I hope we smash Chelsea tomorrow to tie a nice little bow on top. CTID
