You know what I think Manchester City and the Premier League change Pep,

For the first time, he was the Manager of a normal club that did not get protection or help from the governing bodies
He learnt fast that whatever time he spends in England and in Manchester City he needed to be 110% to win, He's even said many times that we never ask or get for help and that is why its sweeter when winning titles,

I truly believe that is what keeps him here in Manchester City, how can you ever get bored of being Manchester City manager, it's the impossible job every season, he needs to come up with something new all the time because the job demands Manchester City has to be better than the system to win,

As each player went up to get their medal it struck me each player was the real deal and not a weak link in sight.They look like a bunch of good mates too including Pep.
A voice inside me thinks a couple of dropped points in the last two league games may keep them focussed but what do I know but it will be hard to stop them now I think and truly think United will be on the receiving end of a globally watched spanking.

I'm not 100% convinced he takes another club level job after City. Maybe the Spain job? I could be wrong, but its a lot of sacrifice, a lot of time away from the family and lets face it, he's rich as fuck, hes not going to need money.

When the hunger goes, I think he fades into the sunset as the best manager to ever grace the sidelines.

I don't think being an international football manager is a Job pep could settle in, Pep needs full on day to day management with players and a system everybody plays at club football, Pep systems can not be worked on for 2 weeks every 3 months, players need time to understand Pep systems

Jesus losing form as well a big part.
Ake and Akanji stepping up and Ruben coming back as well also helped.
We sold 3 players in Zinchenko,Jesus and Sterling before the season started and not one was missed.

Sterling still misses on a regular basis.
