TBF the article does highlight the one issue I have with Mancini.

His man-management is not his strong point and he should work harder in this area.

Yup he deffo pisses people off and there appears to be some major fallouts - my issue would not be his consistency - Ballo gets to do pretty much what he wants too, whilst other players get slated publically - one rule for all and i have not seen that

Personally i think what the owners are saying is correct - it they whom spunk the cash and the last thing they want to for their manager to piss off the major signings

I suspect they know and have seen things we dont know - and if they want Mancini as the long term manager then they want this part of his management style changed
