I've made a video about our great clubs era of success in the 1960's and '70's, I'd really appreciate it if you could have a look, go easy, I'm new to this!.

Just to note that is for a newb some fine editing mate.
If you need any archive footage give me a shout as i have a fair bit (the big match etc).

Edit: Just saw some of the footage from the newcastle match when we won the title which is on the big match, still i have plenty more.

Your most welcome mate.

Laughed at the penna for Lee, the commentator..."was it a penalty or not".
The fucker nearly chopped his legs off haha, ahh they must have been great times for those old enough to remember it.

Fuck me those pitches, you wouldn't let your farm animals on that nowadays.

Edit: Christ we had some good players.

Just finished the whole vid mate, it was excellent.
I really enjoyed watching that and perfect for my attention span after a beer at this time of night hehe.

Downloaded to my personal archive on merit :-)

Thanks. I enjoyed revisiting so many memories. To take this further you need to find a way to tell a story with the clips. For instance how many younger fans will know that the first clips V Spurs are the "Ballet on Ice." At the end I also think Malcolm Allison features far too strongly - the story there has many interpretations! Once again thanks and good start.

The one over-riding characteristic, looking back the near fifty years, is that they were fearless. Everyone was a swashbuckler in their position, with the possible exception of Little 'Arry Dowd.

Spot on... Mike Summerbee broke his leg in the '70 League Cup final and played on!, even managed to play a role in one of our goals

Blue warriors

Just watched the video and it was great to see Maine Road once again, use to stand on the Kippax with me Dad, before we both got season tickets for the North Stand, and it was brilliant to see some of the many matches I've been to when watching City at Maine Road, a big well done, The Goat 10.............
