Question for you THFC.. the 4-3 Fa cup game stands out not just for a team winning after being 3-0 down at half time but also for having seven different goalscorers. Has this ever happened before in a Tottenham game? I can probably check bluemoon stats to see if City has played another such game but I'm browsing via mobile atm.

How quickly they forget; ten days ago!! Seeing as ''OG'' is officially recognised as a scorer, there's seven different scorers right there. And not just that.....all for the one side as well!

In return, that strike from Dzeko that had Samir Nasri saying "orh hee nor hee hor "

You forgot the fact we were down to 10 men, but I'm sure the gent that THFC is would have pointed that out!

Great artwork by the way!

I did point it out...

City had an amazing comeback in the 2004 FA Cup 4th Round replay at White Hart Lane after going three goals down to goals from Ledley King, Robbie Keane and Christian Ziege in the first half. City, who had been reduced to ten men after Joey Barton received a second yellow card, scored four second half goals from Sylvain Distin, Paul Bosvelt, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Jonathan Macken to win a memorable game 4-3.

On the 31st March 1962 Tottenham Hotspur came to Maine Road with the double winning team they lost the game 6-2 the score was 6-0 with 15 min left then Manchester City eased up to let the visitors score 2 late goals.
I had the pleasure of seeing this game in my early teens. Orange ball and snow on the pitch. A repeat would be nice but cannot see snow on our pitch anymore.

"Has this ever happened before in a Tottenham game?", unless Norwich were actually Spurs in disguise?

Good; I'm glad you spotted my little teaser. I'm surprised (and not a little disappointed, it has to be said) that more BM'ers didn't spot my deliberate mistake.

I only asked THFC in case he knew off the top of his head if tottenham had had a game with seven diff goalscorers because if they had he would have gone the extra mile and done a chart of teams who had, when etc etc

Can't believe how thick I am to forget a game a week ago!!

All that came into my head was Denis Law 6 goals Luton.

It's possible my heads gone

This video clip contains some fantastic colour footage of Manchester City (playing in yellow shirts) beating Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane 1-0 in April 1960....
