Manchester City vs Juventus - Match Thread

I thought it was a good game until Melo substitution, then it just went a bit dull.

Other than cheating for free kicks they didn't look vey dangerous.

-- Thu Sep 30, 2010 8:58 pm --

I thought it was a good game until Melo substitution, then it just went a bit dull.

that game put me to sleep briefly. Two negative sides going at it does not make for compelling football.
what time is it in USA?

(if i read your location correctly)
It's 2pm on the west coast mate. which means it's 5 o clock on the east.

I thought we played well and looked the team to win but what has been our problem is putting away chances and once again, we suffered the same problem, which is kinda annoying.

Still love our style though:)

1-1

Most frustraing game of football ever.

Really!!?? Thought it was excellent and well intriguing. Yeah, we looked a little flat at times but we playing a well disciplined and experienced side.

What you expect my friend??...Haven't you been watching us for the last year.

Balotelli will make a big difference. Adebayor is in his own world and not interested in being part of the cohesive system we're building. Just lacking that edge and we'll be fine as we play excellent possession football and are building one of the best defensive units around. We were a better team today but couldn't cut them open enough.

If you'd offered me 3 points against Chelsea, 1 point at home to Juve after the West Brom game, I'd have definitely taken it. Great performance by Vinnie and Kolo tonight, again. : )
