They are only little things but highlight how out of touch and poorly informed the Evening News is. Under the headline who will be top scorer in Manchester it suggests Navas 'is expected to be heavily amongst the goals this season' and potentially rival the likes of RVP and Aguero as the highest scorer within the two clubs. With the best will in the world, it is a ridiculous claim in relation to a player who never managed a goal last season.

Furthermore, there is a section on rate the players with an icon showing a half City and United shirt. A look, which would not be appreciated by any City or United fan that I would suggest, is the section of the readership they are attempting to appeal too.

Seems a long time since they produced a quality paper like the pink with informative articles. Anyway Rant over but it does really grate how they write about football and City in particular.

Oakie to the bluemoon forum. That is Oakie to the bluemoon forum.

Have I got a kindred spirit out there?

you are doomed.

The paper should be doomed if they think Navas could be a contender to outscore RVP and Aguero. It is only trivial but highlights how little the journalist knows about our new signing. 5 seconds of research in wikipedia is all it would take to highlight the stupidity of the comment.

Just out of interest ...(I have never bought the MEN & I never will)... regarding the half and half shirt, which half have they chosen to show the club badge of?

Our badge or their badge?

;)
