House prices near Old Trafford more expensive than the Etihad.

Have a walk towards Kirkdale station from Goodison and you'll see why. ;-)

Are there any residential properties near the Britannia, all I've seen is the West Coast main line, a big fuck off dual carriageway and lots of industrial units. Mind you in 1998 there were enough bricks flying around to build a house.
