I think they will open the game aggressively and kick lumps out of us, to try to make us lose our heads. That's their best chance of picking up a few cheap set pieces which could get them goals. It would be rather nice if that backfired and they had a man sent off. Any team playing us with 10 men is going to concede a bagful of goals. It would be rather delicious if it was them.

We tend to suffocate United quite well when we have our best XI out. Without Stones, I'm expecting Kompany's rust to leave us exposed, but I back Ederson to save his bacon on more than one occasion. However it's key to get Jesus against Lindeloff and Smalling. Aguero will just be a sitting duck, Jesus will give them nightmares.

Aguero has a great record against them though so would be surprised if he didn't play. I think experience is important in these type of games too.

I also think they will break the game up with niggly fouls and I suspect at least 4/5 of their players will get booked. They will play for quick break/corners and free kicks.

It will be a tough game. Despite people thinking they are utter shit, they do have a good keeper, are solid at the back and break quickly. We need to be on our game.

Win that and it's game over for the title for me. 11 points is too big a margin I think.

11 points would be great and seeing out December is the toughest part of this season. If we can go into the new year with 8-11 points rather than say 5-8 points, it's then time to start getting Foden and Diaz some game time from March onwards. WC players will be thankful for the rest and the mood in the camp should be good.

Yep. Gary Neville keeps saying United have a chance if they play deep and hit City on the counterattack. Hilarious stuff.
This from the bloke who, for some obscure reason, was hired by Valencia as a manager, then frantically binned as the team went into free fall down the table.

I would rather have Altringham Anthony rather tham Pawson or the idiot on Wednedsay, Although he is a shit referee and a rag fan, At least we know where we stand with him and feel that there would be so much pressure on him if he gave them a controversial decision. Feel it is more likely to be bottler Oliver, as we know he wont be refereeing with out assistance.

I think it's a lose lose situation whoever we get mate. Ashley young and herrera are gonna have a field day rolling around the floor at every opportunity and the ref is gonna fall for it.

Just read this little snippet from the head rat brothers ......

"You think about Pogba, he would beat (Kevin) De Bruyne and (David) Silva with the ball at his feet and break that line”

Going on about losing pogbad....fucking hell he is absolute dross and a liability in midfield without the ball. Getting their excuses in early about losing the worldie that is the dabber with a haircut

Behave
Arsenal were ripping their a#####s apart even with pogba in the team, they were just very fortunate in that game that arsenal gift wrapped two early goals for them.

Need to be cool stay on our feet, any slide tackle will result in a sending off. Dominate and put the ball in the back of their net several times.

They're going to play the same game plan as they did at anfield..thats my guess..a red work mate of mine wants them to play like that.. I'm getting derby nerves
