They will play not to lose. They can't afford to go 11 behind and they will be happy with 1% possession and a 0-0 draw. Now way will they come out and play for a win unless of course lumping balls 60 yards over the top in the hope they win a corner or free kick is playing to win.
That is them trying to win,i think first 15 and last 15 they will throw everything at us

They are coming into form , and our goals have dried up over the last few games , a month ago i would have predicted another sick swan , but this will now be a tighter game . The build up will be a Rag wankathon as per usual so lets just quietly go about our business , after the match the Rags can concentrate on top four and the League Cup , thats their level now , we will look after the title and champs league
Getting results yes, coming into form - not for me. Arse gifted them that match and exposed their defence for what it is.

I hope you're right. If they threw everything at us for the whole 90, all their outfield players would end the game with dementia. No one wants that.

Our goals may have eased up recently but every team are putting all their players behind the ball. We are trying to adapt to this and imo are doing very well. You cannot stop 3 or 4 times in a match where they get a corner or free kick. We have to take our chances and I think we will. City win.

If they try to shut up shop like they did against Arsenal, we will absolutely batter them. The Arse should have had 5 or 6 in that game, DDG saved them from an embarrassment.

Just have to watch them on the counter, and try to win the majority of those 50/50 battles in the air.

If you take Pogba's comments about wishing injuries on our players and that the Rags should attacking the City team. Then the muen headline stating that the rags are going to hurt City. Finally on their forum, they are advocating that the rags get physical with the city players.

I know peg is pragmatic but surely he wouldn't stoop so low as to send his team out to inflict long term injuries on some of our key players, like Buchan did to Bell?

Just got an unsettling feeling about this game, as they can't realistically go toe to toe with us in footballing terms.

He wouldn't think twice about injuring our players,i suspect that is part of his game plan,he did it in spain v barca games, lots of diving to try and get ours sent off will also be part of the plan,he used it all on barca so he will use it again,we need to keep our cool, sane in particular

They were completely torn apart by arsenal in all departments except for what matters. They were outplayed by watford and gifted a goal to kill them off. They still flatter to deceive and will be shown for what they are if we keep doing what we are doing. yes our goals are dried up but that is because no team is going toe to toe with us anymore. A draw will hurt them more than it would us. We can be as patient as we need as long as we don't go behind. Whoever scores first in this one will likely win it.
