Just come across this, I hope they didn't treat all the European away fans like this. Watch the guy at the beginning get hit whilst having his hands up.

If they were more relaxed fans would not be going to a match angry.
They create more problems and ruin the perfect away game for some of them.
 
i hate the police sometimes, that guy getting punched in the face had his hands up at the start, you can't treat people like.

and they wonder why they get called PIGS?

I guess it was later than this, but as we walked up towards Coms just past The Mitchell, there was one guy who could barely walk, pissed but not causing any bother, just couldn't walk too good, he got a bit of a battoning for nothing, just because he couldn't keep up.

Some of the police were behaving like hooligans.
 
That group was 99% "lads" in a police escort and the video starts just as the police obviously respond to something. We can only speculate as to what happened before and I would guess that some of them were trying to break out for whatever reason. Maybe they saw some city fans that they wanted to go discuss the game with?

You seen the vid were they are singing against city fans? nothing but banter yet the police start throwing them about again.
 
I know it's a different division but it's funny how the GMP don't act like this at the Swamp...
 
I was walking past the Brunswick chatting to a couple of Hamburg supporters.

Some dicks threw chairs out of the pub and the police response was well over the top. I got pushed by one of them for no reason, stayed on my feet but wish I took his details cause it just wasn't acceptable.
 
Scottyboi or whatever, you have no right to make comments like that when. you don't know what had gone on prior to that.
They were their main hoolie group and and kicked off immediately before the vid starts, they had tried to attack a smaller number of police who were escorting them. The other officers had arrived in response to the original attack.
Maybe they should have just the fans just run riot and take the City end , maybe you would have been happy with that.
