Waiting for Axelrod to return...
He took the entire team out for a meal earlier this week, 24 hours after an address to the troops from Khaldoon and a change in team formation.

It is the first I have ever heard of the manager actually instigating team bonding.

Whatever the outcome of his own position, at the end of the season, good to see Mancini making these type of moves.

The question was raised a few weeks back, does Mancini have it in him to swallow his pride and be a little more pliable?

The above suggests a watershed moment has taken place?

If our season and next follows the same vein as of last Sunday we'll be fine. Not sure if some of the players can forgive and forget but this is a major shift by bob and a welcome one.
The players should embrace it.

A happy ship is a good ship..

I hope so.

All we want is a successful City side with everyone pulling in the same direction out on the pitch.

The quality we have is undisputed and if we can couple that to a squad that is 100% behind a manager and his plans then the sky really is the limit.

More than happy for Mancini to be that man as i have always been but he has to prove that he is able to bring that togetherness to the table and Sunday was hopefully the start of him doing just that.
