If nothing else we've finally managed to drag some excitement out of the season - albeit by reverting to type and throwing fucking curveballs all over the shop! Love this club me.. :-)

I know, it's somehow reassuring that despite all the built-in advantages conferred by the current owners City are still the totally surreal and insane club that we all love!

Well the clear out seems to be:

- Any backroom staffer with an Italian name including Lombardo
- Sadler (U18s coach)
- Power (U15s coach)
- Cassell
- Various other youth coaches?

Does it go beyond that?

Seems our PR team are too busy sending emails out to fans asking for feed back on their cup final experience, I hope I get one of these beauties.

I'm not sure marks out of ten for drinking shots, snorting coke and shagging brasses will be high on the agenda to be honest? ;-)

I better leave the brass out of it, if they think we can afford brass after forking out a fortune at Wembley, they might wack another ton on our season tickets.

Slightly unsettling benitez's comments about staying in England,with pelligrini all but saying he's had no contact with city....

He didn't quite say that.....

"I categorically deny that I am the new Manchester City coach."

In his statement Pellegrini said: "I have an agreement with Malaga not to talk to anyone and nothing has been agreed with any other outfit."
He added: "Nothing has been signed and no agreement reached. I've been fortunate enough, and very proud, that every year the big clubs are interested in me.
"I hope the future of this club will become somewhat clearer in the next few days."

Going by that he's giving nothing away either way,so how have we got from pelligrini to benitez to de boer to mourinho, suppose we will find out soon enough ...

I think we have a great opportunity here. We could do worse than have Bez as Joses assistant.
