If Mourinho is definitely going to Chelsea then why has no official announcement already been made.

Rafa is definitely going at the end of the season, Real now have nothing really to play for, so why the delay in any announcement? It would hardly come as a surprise.

So maybe Mourinho is not as nailed on as many would believe. Perhaps Chelsea may go back for Ancelotti? - better working relationship with Abramovic than Mourinho had. After all Abramovic did sack Mourinho and we all know what his ego is like.

Maybe United appointing Moyes has put a few spanners in some peoples works - all speculation I know.

What if Aguero, Kompany, Yaya, and Silva all went and said they had lost faith in him? Would you sell all them rather than investigate the root of the problem? It's pretty obvious man management is not one of Mancini's strongest points, that's why his style of management probably has a limited shelf life.
