dont know if this has been said but cant be arsed reading 20 pages of posts,
one thing mancini could have done to try change the game is spend the 15 mins he was using fucking gabbing outside the dressing room and use it to rally the fucking troops!!!
good manager but i think hes taken us as far as he can he just dont get
english football, hes not the man to take us any further. sorry if i upset any of you but not arsed as its my opinion. thanks
I have been blessed to be in the know regarding management.. football business and so on.. One thing I can tell you is that.. If we wanna be a big club like United, Liverpool and the rest we are going to need the players to be able to "win without the manager". Understand me right, not saying we dont need a manager nor do we not fault the manager when he is in the wrong.
No, but I do not see anything wrong with Mancini not giving a talk at ht because if we want to challenge at the highest level Tevez and co shud by now know that such a game is more than earning your paycheck.
Who noticed what Rooney did when we scored? He took off and wanted to go set the record straight! And he was close.. He beat a couple of players. Even though he was crap all game.. I believe it is his never give up winning mentality that gave him that goal. Luck = preparation + opportunity.
Any one who says Tevez's hustling is equal to Rooneys mentality needs to be shot! They are two different things.. Apart from Dejong and Kompany I seriously cant see anyone else in our team who will do anything for a win.
The scums have at least 4 who will give up every cell on their body to win a game.. Winning mentality is what we are missing.. and it will come with time, jsut you be patient my friend.
Mancini not giving a half time talk should not be an issue simply because at this level and especially in a derby like this the players should be fired up enuff and jus the fact that the manager expected them to pull their weight shows that he no longer sees them as babies!!
FUN FACTS FOR ALL:
Carlos Tevez: <a class="postlink" href="http://mcfc.co.uk/Players/Strikers/Carlos-Tevez" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://mcfc.co.uk/Players/Strikers/Carlos-Tevez</a>

Make of it what you want..
