It's nice to have you back on board mate.

Did the Anger Management sessions over the weekend go well?
Just seen fixers thread.

Not in the mood to argue now.

Pity you didn't see it before calling most blues know nothing wankers!

Off with you Mancini outers and if you even get close to your objective, me and my pals are starting a campaign.

Manchini managed in plenty of big Milan derbies, so think he will know the importance.
Lots on here wanted us to attack and go for the win, then when we do and lose unluckily to goal that hits shreks foot after he slips start having a go.
Would they have rather we just defended and lost with a wimper. We all wanted to win but it was just not to be.

dont know if this has been said but cant be arsed reading 20 pages of posts,

one thing mancini could have done to try change the game is spend the 15 mins he was using fucking gabbing outside the dressing room and use it to rally the fucking troops!!!

good manager but i think hes taken us as far as he can he just dont get
english football, hes not the man to take us any further. sorry if i upset any of you but not arsed as its my opinion. thanks

Every team Mancini has been at he's won major honours and if we stick by him he will do the same. Don't forget it took Fergie many of years to actually win titles on a regular basis and all we need is time. We have had many years of shit, and we are in a good position in the league and with a few wins on the bounce, right back up Arsenal's arse. If we keep chopping and changing managers we will never get it right. Mancini is starting to build stability, starting to build a team that work for each other and with a little more time will build a team that will challenge for the title. This season is all about gelling and you don't expect to buy a boatload of players and automatically win the league because whoever has half a brain will know that is not the case. A few weeks ago I was one of them on here saying get rid of Mancini if we finish 5th, but I have had a serious think about it and it's not who we are, its not how we operate and its definitely not what are about. We are Manchester City, a club with some of the most loyal fans in the country. We need to get behind Mancini and stop pleading for now, now, now! Mancini is building his team, and may I say a team with superb individuals and all that we are lacking is that winning mentality. If you say to me who has played the better football and performed in more games, City or United, then I'd say City every day of the week. United are a team that is practiced at winning because they have been winning for 10-15 years. Alright we have spent such amount of money but Rome wasn't built in a day and if we stick by Mancini we will win the title, I'm sure about that. Like I said, this club has lacked stability for the last 30 years, sooo why create a problem and sack another manager. We need stability, we need loyalty towards our manager and we need to trust him because as a person Bobby is an absolute winner, a good listener with very good knowledge of the game and is on course to bring that consistency.
A 5th place finish won't be sooo bad looking at it (if we do get a 5th place) because even though we haven't improved our league position we have remained consistent, unlike Aston Villa, Everton etc.
Stick with Bobby and remain positive! We aren't, and don't think we are the BIG-I-AMS like those over the road, we are Manchester City, a club that has dignity.

I have been blessed to be in the know regarding management.. football business and so on.. One thing I can tell you is that.. If we wanna be a big club like United, Liverpool and the rest we are going to need the players to be able to "win without the manager". Understand me right, not saying we dont need a manager nor do we not fault the manager when he is in the wrong.

No, but I do not see anything wrong with Mancini not giving a talk at ht because if we want to challenge at the highest level Tevez and co shud by now know that such a game is more than earning your paycheck.

Who noticed what Rooney did when we scored? He took off and wanted to go set the record straight! And he was close.. He beat a couple of players. Even though he was crap all game.. I believe it is his never give up winning mentality that gave him that goal. Luck = preparation + opportunity.

Any one who says Tevez's hustling is equal to Rooneys mentality needs to be shot! They are two different things.. Apart from Dejong and Kompany I seriously cant see anyone else in our team who will do anything for a win.

The scums have at least 4 who will give up every cell on their body to win a game.. Winning mentality is what we are missing.. and it will come with time, jsut you be patient my friend.

Mancini not giving a half time talk should not be an issue simply because at this level and especially in a derby like this the players should be fired up enuff and jus the fact that the manager expected them to pull their weight shows that he no longer sees them as babies!!

FUN FACTS FOR ALL:

Carlos Tevez: <a class="postlink" href="http://mcfc.co.uk/Players/Strikers/Carlos-Tevez" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://mcfc.co.uk/Players/Strikers/Carlos-Tevez</a>

Edin Dzeko: <a class="postlink" href="http://mcfc.co.uk/Players/Strikers/Edin-Dzeko" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://mcfc.co.uk/Players/Strikers/Edin-Dzeko</a>
