He hasn't been given the nod.

He's on the same 3.5 year contract that he and the club have made clear on a number of occasions.
Anyone who bothered to read the source article for the Juve quote also knows in the same interview he said he was here till 2013.

Selective quoting out of context to give the story whatever spin you need to match your agenda.

i've not read anything to quote from i just heard on the news he is happy at city and will not be going to juve, hence the "pledging his future" comment in the op.

the only "agenda" i have is for city to do well.
whats yours?

sorry:(

Hope it pans out this way.

I know not everybody likes statistics but I reckon this one is quite telling.

In the 2006/7 season Inter won 17 consecutive games which is a record for one of the big 5 leagues.

What that says to me is that Mancini is not a slacker and nor are his teams. 17 wins on the bounce takes concentration. motivation, organization and talent no matter who you are playing never mind in Seria A.

I have always said this, he said from day one it was 3.5 years but got confused with his English in the press conference. If you watch it again he corrects himself when asked by the press, I would be happy for him to stay and get in his own players etc.
