Mancini Has Failed

dont talk like a plank...they were not his players, he got the best out of some average over priced players,,he has qualified for europe so has achieved the goal he was set by the chairman

Has he? What do you suggest we do then, sack him? Oneill and Moyes?!! Gonna put this one down to you being pissed off and hopefully you'll think different after a cold shower.

1 point off the stated target of 70
In the top 6.

Success. Progression.
aha! sense

SORRY FOR POSTING THIS TWICE.. roberto has done very well, he has done something that hughes couldn t do,qualify for europe and thats with hughes own players, under hughes, through the fair play league and then the next season we were beaten to europe by fulham, roberto is well on track had we won last night it would have been a great bonus as it is,i have been saying for weeks or months that at least half a dozen need to be moved on, some of them are crowd favourites but the bigger picture will emerge..just give him time

Mancini has to be given a full season before anyone can call him a failure in my opinion. You look at Twitcher for example, he has been managing in the PL for nearly 20 years, he knows how to play the Rags, Chelski's of the PL because he's faced them so many times.

Let Bobby have a full transfer window bring in the players he wants, get rid of the deadwood and give him a full season.

He's failed to get 4th obviously but since the FA Cup weekend in January Spurs have gone on a great run and over a 16 game period in the leauge are only 3 points worse off than United and Chelsea over that stretch and i don't think anyone could predicted that to happen so fair play to them

I completely agree, forwards with O'Neill.

It'll be brilliant. Can you imagine Heskey and Tevez as a partnership? Genius.

Spurs have lost three times this season to Utd....so not sure where you get that one from.

Mancini has been here half a season, and inherited an unbalanced squad that has forced us to play our best forward tevez in midfield

When you look back it was a crazy decision to buy Barry when we already had De Jong and Kompany, but then again City have a big bank balance and we are trying to get the best players to the club asap in brief transfer windows. The result is we don't yet have the right mix of players

We may have spent a lot of money, but we have done so in a couple of seasons whereas Spurs, Liverpool etc built their teams over time and they are more effective as a result.

The sum of our individual talents is greater than our rivals, but as a team we are not getting the most out of the players. The manager must be given time to do that
