YOu'd have thought he d learnt from Benitez.........although in his defence the interviewer was trying to put words in Mancinis mouth, and Mancini clearly just wanted to go as quickly as possible

bbc reporter, 'do you promise that?'

mancini, 'yes'

as if it means anything. he can't very well say 'no, well, maybe, maybe not', because he's trying to show his team he's confident.

It was on 5live as well, but it was a set up, the reporter asked in a piss take way, and he answered in a piss take way too, like Benitez promising the scousers.

Don't take his promise as a "promise".
