Very cool guy, absolutely 1st class manager, glad we've got him,
we were awesome to watch last night, he has got the hearts and minds of the players now, they respect him, just look at the way he bollocked Vinnie, when
he thought he wasn't doing it right, those who think Mancios soft, have no idea, we've got a hard taskmaster in charge, but a man who understands the minds of footballers and how much pushing they need in certain situations.
