Mancini in/out?

gets his tactics wrong far to often, and failing to buy wingers when every person in football can see thats what we need...

In. He learned from last season and we have been much better, he will learn from this season, onward and upward.

One of the main reasons for saying "in" is continuity. The problem is there are several players who will simply not stay if Mancini does so he'll have to undertake a major re- building job. My issue with that is he's had his chance and failed so time to go and get someone else in - never did Real Madrid, juventus at al any harm. Why am I bothered if say mourninho leaves after 2 years after winning the title? OUT.

Not as simple as 'in' or 'out' for me, it depends on this last 6 games. Team hasnt looked like it wanted to play for him of late and thats a real worry AFAIAC.

This is my thinking as well. I want to say in as many people have previously said we need to have some continuity as whoever would replace him would want his own players which would mean rebuilding.

However, recently the team doesn't look at all like they want to play for him. Whether it's burn-out (which it shouldn't be) or just as we're bad in form atm im not sure. But if we slump to 3rd (which isn't that crazy as we're 10 points ahead however Arse are bang in form and we're right out of form) then I don't think the board will have any choice. If we can finish within' say 4/5 points of Utd (beating them at home) then I can see him being given another year.
