Mancini is a 'disgrace' - The Guardian

I've noticed "cowardly" being used quite a bit to describe OVO this morning. So the back four played like cowards? I think they'll find it was anything but.

I'd class myself as die hard and I'd say I was very happy.

We're not here to entertain the Sky mongs, we're here to please ourselves and we are pleased so fuck anyone who feels the need to have a pop.

Shove it up your arse.

Exactly. The "they really need to reassess why it is they started going to watch football in the first place" comment is bizarre, because I started going to watch football because my dad took me, and it's now to support City.

Fuck them, when I'm interested in what 3rd place have to say I'll give a shit.

That's how we should all start to think, of course they will slag us off, we are upsetting the apple-cart, journalists love things being predictable it makes them look clever, hence the love of the old top 4, it was so easy for them.

If I was a journalist I would try to make friends with the club

I was more happy with that result than any this season. More elated at the final whistle than I can remember.

Have to say though that I hated every minute of the game, And if they'd scored in the last 10 mins it would have gone down in my "worst city games I've endured" collection.

Its the result that counts.

Most City fans are well pleased with the point last night and tbh does owt else matter. ??

Its when the pundits start thinking for us that winds me up...

"City fans wont be happy with a display like that yada yada yada..."

wrong.

Indeed! I fuckin HATE it when other people speak for me or us as a set of fans!

He said the only thing that matters, "Football is a results game".

Being a football manager has never been a more high pressure job than it currently is. Even Mourinho has been there, done it, won it got criticised at Chelsea for playing negative football but he brought home the trophies to the club.

Football managers are hired and fired based on their results, it's as simple as that and I'm sure Mancini would be happier with the positive result at The Emirates than joining the potential list of dole line recruits!

I said it before the game and still a point remains a brilliant result. If it comes to the end of the season we lose the league by a point, we'll realize how important it is. It's going to be that close this year. Let the journos say their shit, we'll be where we deserve at the end of the season.

Andy Gray described our performance as "submissive" last night.

There was nothing submissive about it. If we had submitted we would have lost. We were resolute.

Meh, been a while since we were called negative and I was delighted with a point last night.
