I don't think there's tension between them as is being hyped in the newspapers, but Mancini has every right to be pissed off if he doesn't get the players he asks for, and then everyone expects him to win titles.

Marwood is clearly hopeless at these things and does not know what he is doing.Their seems to be no coherent strategy or plan.

As quoted on sky sports news, Mancini has said it's another persons job to take care of transfers, surely a man who's just been given a new contract and is now probably the highest paid manager in the premiership should be in charge of who we sign.

Or

Is he and just playing games with the media and knows exactly what's going on, and when it will happen, and wouldn't have signed a new contract if he wasn't in charge of everything.

Being in charge of who we sign and being in charge or the transfers are two totally different things.

Why would Roberto, who will be working hard on tactics, fitness, moral, team-building and everything day-to-day in the squad want to have anything to do with a drawn out saga that is a transfer? Leave that to the club exec's, accountants and agents.
