At work so can't post the link but Mancini has said that players will have to get used to rotation this season due to being in so many competitions.

Sorry if already posted

Rotation is to be expected! but if a player is playing well surely they will stay in the team or not playing them while they are on form is just gonna batter their confidence.

Will be essential this year - 4 main competitions and we are in it to win it in all cases. Nobody wants to see an exhausted Tevez or a knackered Silva trudging around the park. Not good for us or the player. And now, finally, we have a squad big enough and talented enough to cope with it all.

This could also be of huge benefit to the younger players and those frozen out before - Ireland and McDermott, Jo even, will possibly find themselves in matches where we need a result and need them to perform, but they'll also be alongside a mixture of key personnel such as Yaya, Barry or NDJ.

My only concern is that Mancini will need to know his best squad & formation for certain games, and god alone knows how he's going to figure that one out.
