I'm waiting for tomorrow's game with no hope of us even offering some fight. It's not right. I should be sick with nerves and hope beyond reason. Has mancini just succeeded in what everyone else in football has always been trying to convince me of, that City are crap. The sooner he's gone the better IMO. I need my old high hopes back. I need the joy of following City to return. I only ask for a team to fight with passion and a smidgin of entertainment. Results of course are important but pride is more so. I love City but I'm not a proud blue right now.

Tomorrow if we win maybe I'll temporarily be happy but I'll soon sober up again 'cos it's now clear imo that even if Mancini has success it's not in a manner that'll please me.

Six months ago we were beating Blackpool away, having just beaten Newcastle and Chelsea (and Poznan at home). If you really wanted Mancini out, then you're even bigger mongoloids than I gave you credit for ;)

Six months ago we were getting beat by Arsenal, Wolves and Poznan.

Funny you didn't mention those results, eh?

Not forgetting drawing at home to Blackburn & Birmingham

This is how I've been feeling for the best part of the week. I was full of optimism before the capitulation in dipperland, but I've never known one match knock the stuffing out of me like that one did.

I am slowly but surely getting cautiously optimistic about tomorrow, hoping that we'll put in a reverse 'typical City' performance, but I wouldn't be at all surprised to see us bend over, and that frustrates the piss out of me.

Grow the fuck up!

What a fucking cretinous post.

Disagree by all means but absolutely no need for the above!

Aw bless, I can just imagine you typing that with tears in your eyes! For what it's worth, please accept my most sincere apologies. You mongoloid.

I hope no one here has any relatives or friends who suffer from this condition. You have reached a new low of offensive trolling. Congratulations.

I do, my eldest boy.

But no worries, I pay no attention to ignorant chaps like ST Coleridge. If anything I feel kind of sad for them.

No, but I just got back in five mins ago from teaching four of the blighters. Wonderful humans to be honest. Not the smartest (so what), but possessing a certain ineffable wisdom and a delightfully disarming simplicity. I am privileged to be around them. Their parents are great too. Don't see as many of them anymore do you...? I suppose to some they are considered life unworthy of life.

Unbelievable and very very sad.

You have lost the plot and in the most disgusting way possible.

The language people use towards a fellow Blue never ceases to amaze me.

I'm unaware as to what this Guy was actually on about (In, Out, Shake It All About) because all I saw was that term and nothing else.

did you really use that word????? shameful.

I'm glad most aren't expecting a result. Reminds me of the matches leading up to Chelsea away last year when we put in 2 bad performances against Stoke and Liverpool. Most people had the Chelsea match marked down as 0 points before the day started.

I'll take my chances any day with a team that has Kompany, NDJ, and Silva in it.

Mancini dissapointed me a lot on Monday but even he said himself he made mistakes. He needs to beat the rags on Saturday and finish in the top four to keep his job, it's a simple as that.

If we do that then even biggest haters of him can not say he has done well.

If we do that I will gladly eat humble pie. I just cant see it. Our form since xmas has been that of a team hoping to finish 7th/8th

Everton away will be much like Liverpool, Spurs at home like last year and that leaves four other games that we have to win. Blackburn away has almost become make or break.

I wont eat humble pie at all! I dont want to see the same kind of sideways, insipid football next year - whatever we do in the next two months. If we win the Cup and finish 4th then its; grudging thanks Mancini for starting things off but time to move on for both parties - oh, and if you could see your way clear to taking that idiot Platt with you..........and Jo & Barry & Toure & Kolorov & Milner & Balotelli & Dzeko.

I'd love to know what the odds were for a 4-2 win at Chelsea.
