Couldnt agree with you more.

I'm waiting for tomorrow's game with no hope of us even offering some fight. It's not right. I should be sick with nerves and hope beyond reason. Has mancini just succeeded in what everyone else in football has always been trying to convince me of, that City are crap. The sooner he's gone the better IMO. I need my old high hopes back. I need the joy of following City to return. I only ask for a team to fight with passion and a smidgin of entertainment. Results of course are important but pride is more so. I love City but I'm not a proud blue right now.

Tomorrow if we win maybe I'll temporarily be happy but I'll soon sober up again 'cos it's now clear imo that even if Mancini has success it's not in a manner that'll please me.

This is how I've been feeling for the best part of the week. I was full of optimism before the capitulation in dipperland, but I've never known one match knock the stuffing out of me like that one did.

I am slowly but surely getting cautiously optimistic about tomorrow, hoping that we'll put in a reverse 'typical City' performance, but I wouldn't be at all surprised to see us bend over, and that frustrates the piss out of me.

No, but I just got back in five mins ago from teaching four of the blighters. Wonderful humans to be honest. I'm glad most aren't expecting a result. Reminds me of the matches leading up to Chelsea away last year when we put in 2 bad performances against Stoke and Liverpool. Most people had the Chelsea match marked down as 0 points before the day started.

I'll take my chances any day with a team that has Kompany, NDJ, and Silva in it.

Everton away will be much like Liverpool, Spurs at home like last year and that leaves four other games that we have to win. Blackburn away has almost become make or break.
