a) defensively 9/10...attacking wise 3/10
b) incoming 9/10.....outgoing transfers 3/10
c)..if the rumours are true 1/10- however he genuinely comes across as a decent guy in interviews so he must have some skills in man management - 5/10 (but needs improving!)

This is my first post.. However I have been following this forum for queit some time now.. and my perception is that some of you are plain out ridiculous!!

<a class="postlink" href="http://mcfc.co.uk/Video/Interviews/West-Brom-v-City-Mancini-presser-2" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://mcfc.co.uk/Video/Interviews/West ... -presser-2</a>

Watch that and he tells you why He is not playing with 2 strikers in the prem!

Secondly all you lot are hypocrites!! You all say hes too defensive boring bla bla bla.. Yesterday he plays with3 STRIKERS!!! and yet still people complain about his selection!!

Blame the players!! SC Jo and Gut including AJ should have scored and closed the game by first half..

I actually registered today to start a thread on that topic but to my surprise I need to make 100 posts before than can happen.. lol

Can someone pls start a thread on it??? Odd no one is talking about it!!!

Thank you:)

im not a hypocrite.

the man makes no sense, playing against blackburn and sunderland with 1 up front and 3 defensive minded midfielders is what he has gone with a solid back 4, but then decides to play 3 strikers and only one defensive minded mid infront of a young and inexperienced back 4? surely it should be the other way round? protecting your young and trusting your experienced?

Tactics - 7/10
We have a way playing now which means we dominate possession and will result in more positive results as the season progresses

Signings - 9/10
Would have been 10/10 had he signed another centre forward - missed a trick there Bobby

Man Management - 7/10
I like the fact he has a way of managing and he won't change even though the press, some players and some fans give him a hard time over it. Whilst some see it as a weakness I think it is a strength because he knows this has worked for him before and won't waiver from it.

I understand where you are coming from.. And I appreciate healthy discussions! However do you remember how many goals City were conceding before RM came in??

I cannot for sure give a reason as to why he did what he did last night but I do know that a world cup player like SC shud have offered way more than what he did.

Could also be that conceding goals in the prem is far more "dangerous" than scoring goals in the league cup!!

Whatever way you twist it.. Its in the past and I believe as supporters we should support the team through rain or shine!! The team including the staff, manager and board!!

We dont support them because they win?? or because they bring in medals and cups!! We support them because they represent Manchester City! Everything that we stand for! They represent our home and a home you can never turn your back on!

Mind you, it doesnt mean you cant voice out your concerns. You can, however there is a big difference between voicing out concerns in the view of improving the matter at hand and ranting about having the manager sacked!

This bit (in bold) is important, I don't like Mancini as City manager, and I'm not going to deny it, but when I get to my seat on Saturday I'll support the team 100% - including the manager.

To not do this would be counter-productive to the club as a whole. I don't like Mancini in his current role, but I'd rather he succeeded & proved me wrong than failed.

As you basically said, we're here when we win & we're here when we lose - as football fans we're a fickle bunch and there will always be moans about something.

Lets get 3 points on Saturday & go from there - Come on City (yes the vino is kicking in)
