An overall 7 from me, i can't be bothered breaking it down, for a start i think it's impossible to make an accurate judgment on his signings so far, and also his man management, when all you get about his man management is what comes out into the public, not the full picture.

The biggest plus for me is organisation. You can't be a successful team without being organised, we weren't organised before, we are now.

The jury is still out for me. I am sick of changing managers and want to see him given a decent crack at it and succeed. We'll have a better idea when the injury backlog clears and we see 'his' first team.

I think he's better than Hughes - but not by a great amount on the evidence to date so far. I hope and believe that will change over the rest of the season.

Tactics - 8 - Sured up our defense really well, just been unlucky with injuries

Signings - 9 - Like most on here, needed one more striker

Man-Management - 6 - Shouldnt have let Bellamy go

(one extra) Luck - 1 - So many injuries costing him the team he wants, especially to our new centre forward and full backs!

a. 4/10- Needs to be more bold at times
b. 9/10- Could do with another player who can create something out of nothing, like a benarbia or berko
c. 2/10. Handled bellamy, given et al badly IMO. Not really inspired anyone yet

Why has he handled Bellamy badly? How do you know this?

Surely unless you see the relationship between the two on a daily basis can you only make this judgement. Bellamy rarely stays at a club for too long and has a reputation for falling out with people. That to me suggests it maybe Bellamy's fault not Mancini's

its his job to get the best out of players, not to like them. bellamy could have been controlled imo, he wasnt too outspoken about mancini. mancini just didnt want the challange, so got rid, OR he thought that jo and RSC would work better for us[/quote]
