I really hope so.The team is lacking ideas and inspiration

The season has been a huge disappointment,it began with a summer transfer debacle and will end with us without success.

We have an unbalanced,one dimensional team that looks complacent and unmotivated.We should have kicked on from last year and gave a good account of ourselves in Europe as well as tasted at least some domestic success.

I really dont think the lads particularly like the manager,he appears cold,unemotional and distant.

Thank you for helping us land the title but its time he did the honourable thing.

We'll no doubt get a lot of 'stability' chatter, but being stable and shit is no solution.

Me neither. I think the whole speculation doesn't do the club any favours either. Maybe he's took us as far as he can and we need a new manager to take us to the next level, we are going backwards with Mancini..

Today reminded me of when we lost 3-0 at Spurs under Hughes. Cant see Mancini leaving before the end of the season but I hope and think he wont be in charge at the start of next season. Seems a top guy but we should be doing so much better.
