I posted at 8.09 which wasn't. What Dave doesn't know to be fair is that I posted it as I watched the game on my second monitor as we're trying to get it straight for West Ham and I was working on the server at that point, and saw it bob up as a Twitter notification which is where the picture came from.

I was refering to the time of my post which was half time,he was trying to stir a row but you edit it out if you want to or delete my reply

Damo and Karen, just in case you do, please don't fall for DD's passive-aggressive tactics where he wants to make you feel guilty and excuse yourselves - you don't need a reason to post what you like when you feel like it. DD, policing when people post is really beneath you and you should know better, but I guess you let your dislike for Bobby get the better of you and fyi, if I could have posted it when I saw the result I would have, so you can deal with that too. Again: Great job Bobby! :)

Thanks
Pity his un-edited post didn't stay on as it said a lot more about him than the rest of us
Adding well done on the edit instead of sneering at us "so called fans" was a masterstroke

Cracking 4-1 away win at Trabzonspor, just win at home next weekend and bobby ends the season with second place and a cup. All in all fantastic achievement when entering a new league.

FORZA Bobby!

Re: Mancini Thread

A thumping away win in the penultimate game of the season saw the Turkish Cup holders remain in second place. All 5 goals in the match were scored in the second half with Wesley Sneijder grabbing a brace for Bob's men in the process.

Besiktas again kept the pressure up with a 1-0 win away from home as well.

So the race for second goes down to the final game of the season!

10/05….Elazigspor (16)...........0-1……...Besiktas (3)
10/05….Trabzonspor (4).........1-4.........Galatasaray (2)

Table:

(C)…Fenerbahce…..32…..21…..5…..6…..71…..+39
(2)…Galatasaray…..32…..17…11…..5…..62…..+26
(3)…Besiktas………..32…..17…10…..6…..61…..+20

Final round of matches:

17/05….Galatasaray (2)...........vs……..Kayseri Erciyesspor (14)
17/05….Besiktas (3).................vs........Genclerbirligi (8)

Got to fancy him for 2nd now.

CL knockout round, FA Cup and 2nd place i(so CL qualification) s a good first season for him over there, considering he started bottom of his CL group and in midtable

I'm torn.

I'm very fond of Mancini, but Kayseri Erciyesspor are one of my favourite Turkish sides.

Re: Mancini Thread

And I always hated Genclerbirligi, the Rags of Gencler (or is it Birligi?), but I am hoping they win next weekend!
