Mancini - unpredictable

mancini as seen by today can put an attacking team out and get a result like that. the thing what has wound people up the most is that we can do that but yet we don't do that against teams like chelsea who are just as good as us and are fighting for the same thing. i have also credited mancini for sorting out are defence which is now really good minus our left back which is clearly a weak link. but generally it is good. clearly and rightfully mancini has sorted the defence first but now he needs to learn which he is clearly showing he is is to go out and go for the win and attack. alot of people including me are on the fence about mancini and how he manages and plays matches. and i still am on the fence but he is learning and he will learn how the english game works. we have had a tough couple of weeks with injuries and alot of games which i can understand. mancini has to learn to take risks and i think thats his biggest let down. mancini is a fustrating manager and it's because of the resources we have to attack and knowing he can produce these types of performances. mancini is a great manager and we will have to wait till liverpool to see what happens there. you just don't know which mancini you will see at matches.

sorry if this seems jumbled up as i was thinking of stuff as i was typing.

please add anything iv'e missed.

we have the whole package when it comes to the defending and attacking, but the only thing is we don't see the attacking as much as we should.

this is just my opinion and also feel free to correct me as i might of missed things. :)
It's unrealistic to expect a newly formed team without the depth of utd and Arsenal to compete on 3 fronts

Had we beaten Kiev, as we should have done, we'd have been playing against Liverpool on Monday, then in Europe on Thursday and then at Wembley on Sunday. We were doing that for 20 games between Jan 1st and the Chelsea game, and it took its toll.

All the top teams in England have been struggling in recent weeks, and it's not a coincidence

If we don't score enough goals between now and May , Mancini will almost certainly lose his job ...... he knows only too well that he has to go for it ...... if only because Spurs CAN score goals more often than not!

You mean like the deadly finishing against the 2 weakest defences in league.... In the last 2 games.

We wouldn't even be in what looks like a two horse race for 4th place with Spurs if they COULDN'T score goals ........

some people need to wake up here!

You need to read the post right .....

it warns that Spurs are always capable of scoring goals , like they did in the three they got at Wolves ........ not that they will !

We need to keep scoring them ourselves !

You are all flustered now....

I think you're another who really needs to read a post right ....

Mamba only speaks the truth ....... we are in a race for 4th spot with a team who can obviously score goals , as no doubt you will realise in the coming weeks!

We need stay nine goals ahead of them this time!

So it's now only a 2 horse race for 4th - reality check

We sit 3rd, 6pts ahead of mighty spurs, and 3 behind arse in 2nd

You shoot for the stars skippy, not the clouds

I thought we beat chelsea 3 out of the last 4 ? whats the prob???
that's were the fustrating thing about mancini is. he can beat them but yet still went for a draw when clearly lately were there bogey team.

I don't know why we dont play like this every weekend. But then again, Adam Johnson was on the wing today and that a major difference. NO GARETH BARRY or Milner.

Does it mean if we set out for a draw at Liverpool and lose that Mancini isn't a great manager?

No .....

but we shouldn't be playing for draws at this stage of the season ....... didn't do us much good last season , did it?

Stop with all the fucking dots....... They don't add to your point. They just make you look like you have altzheimers and forget what you are saying mid-sentence.

As for 2 horse race for 4th? How can you say that when we are 3 points off 2nd?

We need to wake up? You need to open your eyes you mean.

We've finally got a manager which matches the team. We've never known for a long time which MCFC would turn up. WWWS we occasionally got the odd surprise! Hopefully, the two can go on to great things together.

hehe ....

don't some people get ratty and easily irritated .....

Tottenham now have three home league fixtures , we go to Liverpool next week , and we've played a game more ..let's see exactly who's right , and who's wrong in a months time .

Chelsea and Arsenal will not exactly give up the fight either ..all three clubs will almost certainly continue to score goals , we'll just have to score more!
