My opinion is that when that happens for all the good he's praised for, there'll be all manner of things which will dismay and disgust and overall everyone will agree sacking him was the best thing to do.
In all seriousness mate, what are these things which will dismay and disgust people? I'm not after a source or anything but you cannot just say things like that without some evidence to back up your claims.

If they cannot be backed up then they shouldn't be put across in such a manner becuase what you are putting across as fact could be nothing but mere opinion.

Is the 'dismay and disgust' comment based on hard facts that you know (not think) to be true?

I can only imagine his 2 mates off the training field have been on the blower again..

This thread is like watching some couple dogging in a car park, you know you shouldn't look but you do.

I like Mancini and i think he is perfect for City...

However he hasnt looked the same over the past couple of months, he looks fed up and down in the dumps.

If City are going to change the manager, i hope its going to be an upgrade and not a change for the sake of it..

The clue is in the first two words of the quoted part of the post.
So that's a no then you don't have inside information.

I never said I did. Seems i better end each of my posts with in my opinion to ensure none of the more sensitive souls get angry, in my opinion.

Just to be clear. The above is just my opinion. :)

Can't understand why you would want to create a narrative to justify the sacking of a city manager.

You've misinterpreted what i'm saying, which to be fair is easy enough to do as it isn't particularly clear. I was talking about creating a narrative about how Mancini's tenure will be viewed after he's gone. Maybe Pablo's right and nobody will give a shit about anything beyond the trophies.

I'll give a shit mate, because if it came out that Mancini had done anything which purposely held us back or directly cost us progression in competitions (not talking about tactics) then I'd rightly change my opinion of him.
The point, for me at least, is so far there isn't anything I've seen him do that I'd consider so terrible he should be sacked at the end of this season. That of course can change, but it will take something more substantial than media conjecture to turn my head.
