Didn't you know? The Sheikh is just a front. Mancini actually bought the club and has pumped in all the money for players. He's also the chairman, chief exec and marketing manager, as well as the chef and groundsman.

The coaching staff sit around drinking tea, playing cards and watching DVD's all day because Mancini does all the coaching and fitness work. He's got 11 blokes off Hough End but he's such a managerial genius that they got joint second and won the FA Cup.

Its still Mancini who are the boss over the football part of the club.
