The women in Warsaw and Krakow... they look miserable but wow, they are still tremendous looking. Spanish women are are great as well.
Manc women are certainly no worse than any other in the UK though. You get little scallettes everywhere you go.

My Manchester Lass is a very lovely Girl. She's well brought up, happy with Wine or Beer, has some interest in City and is equally pretty and intelligent. What she sees in me is yet to be known!
